Abstract: This article represents the second in a series of case studies examining the use of technology in real estate management that began in Real Estate Issues, Summer 2002, Vol. 27, No. 2. Jones Lang LaSalle is a leading real estate services and investment management firm, operating across more than 100 markets on five continents. The firm was created through the merger of LaSalle Partners, a U.S.-based real estate services and investment management firm, and Jones Lang Wootton, a British-based provider of global real estate services.
