At this Utah Chapter luncheon, Charles Cardozo of Radley Associates, will make a presentation.  Radley Associates is a leading consulting firm based in London specializing in strategy, pricing and risk management for the financial services/real estate industry.  Charles will offer insight on his firm’s unique approach to measuring and managing risk in commercial real estate investments.

His firm has developed software that runs in conjunction with Argus that provides insight into an investment property’s performance and risk.  From this, real estate investors can use additional tools to manage strategy and critical investment decisions with insights into risk and performance.
