The chapter will host a luncheon meeting. Our speaker will be Ernest Lau of the Honolulu Board of Water Supply who is doing outreach to the developer community in the wake of the threat of pollution to Oahu’s aquifer caused by the Navy’s Red Hill fuel tank storage facility.
