Provides the leadership and development of a National Real Estate Investment organization by providing consulting services, due diligence services, investment analysis, brokerage services, asset management services for various types of Commercial Real Estate Investments. Coordinate due diligence as buyer/seller representative, property inspections, capital expenditure requirements, gathering information from comprehensive checklist to assure that all parties are complying with the needs and timelines to closing. Review and make recommendations to budgets and pro forma to determine initial value and repositioning opportunities. Cost benefit analysis. Review and provide independent investment analysis to validate all assumptions to value. DCF, IRR, NPV, DSCR, ROI, ROE, BTCF, ATCF, Cap Rate and other investor/owner assumptions. Provide Asset Management services reviewing financials monthly, quarterly, annual audits and conducting budget reviews, property inspections, compliance with various partnership, loan, regulatory agreements with reporting requirements throughout holding period. Risk detection with constant surveillance of market fluctuations and property operations.
