Joseph D. Pasquarella, MAI, CRE, is senior managing director and market leader for the Philadelphia based office of Newmark’s Valuation & Advisory services platform. In this role, Joe provides leadership of the valuation and advisory services operations as well as business development and oversees a team of appraisers with a market area that includes the eastern half of Pennsylvania, the southern half of New Jersey and the state of Delaware. Additionally, Joe is qualified as an expert witness in U.S. Bankruptcy Court; the Courts of Common Pleas in Montgomery and Philadelphia counties; and the Boards of Assessment Appeals in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia counties. Joe currently serves as Chairman of the Pennsylvania Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers where he is serving his second four-year term.
