A Closer Look
I retired from the U S Postal Service where I managed much of the Facilities organization for over 20 years, and also served in high level Finance as well as operational management positions. I work with two other outstanding individuals with similar backgrounds and we provide a variety of consulting services to investors/owners of properties that are leased to the U S Government and the U S Postal Service. We provide contract negotiation services, assist in acquisitions and dispositions, help in financing/refinancing, support developmental project initiatives, and generally provide a wide variety of services for anyone engaged in business with the U S Postal Service and U S Government.
