With over 40-years of continuous experience in the real estate profession, Mr. Hanson is recognized as a leading authority in real estate brokerage, market analysis, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and due diligence. A graduate of the University of Florida, Mr. Hanson received degrees in Real Estate and Urban Economics, and Architecture. He was awarded a Masters degree in Florida Studies by the University of South Florida. Now, while managing an active real estate practice, Mr. Hanson is a postgraduate student at Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland, where he is writing a PhD dissertation that focuses on social and political movements in the U.S. during the Post-World War II era.
