Anthony Alderman is a certified general real estate appraiser in the states of NC, SC, VA, and TN. Anthony is the president and founder of North by Northwest Consulting, which is now recognized as one of the most trusted in the southeastern US. He continues to forge into the future with a mission of providing best-in-class services to customers everywhere. Anthony is based in Hickory, North Carolina, and conveniently located to serve his regional business model, being an hour from Charlotte, and Winston-Salem, an hour south of Boone, and east of Asheville. NxNW performed valuations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee for lending, right of way, litigation support, and special purpose appraisal needs. The team at North By Northwest Consulting, Inc. are experts in the field of eminent domain valuation and work for both agencies and property owners. They smaller complex assignments for litigation and also larger projects with hundreds of parcels. Their ability to manage contiguous large right of way projects sets them apart from other valuation firms in the right of way sector. Anthony has always been an advocate for high standards in the appraisal process and encouraged everyone on his team and within the industry to continue their education by gaining designations, taking courses, and attending conferences and seminars. Anthony is a very active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He served as Chapter 31’s President for 2018-2019. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chair for Region 6.
