Ray Jackson, CRE, has developed and taught six different real estate classes for four colleges at the University of Cincinnati.
June 20, 2005 Leasehold Interest Issues View
Coordinated a multi-faceted study examining the leasehold interest issues for a "spin-off" company that took over 350 leased properties in 16 states. The assignment included articulating a hypothesis that addressed various aspects of the assumed leases versus market conditions, developing a valuation model to validate the hypothesis, implementing a "beta" study of a sampling of the leases to test and refine the analytical model, and completed the entire assignment using the expertise of numerous fellow CREs.

Ray Jackson, CRE, has had the opportunity to help numerous religious, educational, and institutional entities solve their real estate problems. His assignments have included long- and short-term planning, valuation, acquisition, disposition, and expansion projects.

Worked with different government agencies in the acquisition and assemblage for the new stadia sites on the riverfront in dowtown Cincinnati.
