Leasehold Interest Issues |

| Coordinated a multi-faceted study examining the leasehold interest issues for a "spin-off" company that took over 350 leased properties in 16 states. The assignment included articulating a hypothesis that addressed various aspects of the assumed leases versus market conditions, developing a valuation model to validate the hypothesis, implementing a "beta" study of a sampling of the leases to test and refine the analytical model, and completed the entire assignment using the expertise of numerous fellow CREs. |
