Through special arrangement
with the city of Charleston, carriage rides will be offered
through the city's narrow streets that showcase beautifully
preserved buildings from the colonial and antebellum periods,
as well as more contemporary architecture. Carriage rides
between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm will depart from the hotel's
Market Street cobblestone circle. Carriage rides departing
at 3:00 pm and later will leave from Market Street (just beyond
the Market Street Circle). Tours will last approximately one
hour.

Part I: The Nuts & Bolts of Dispute
Resolution
Part II: Update on the CRE Dispute Resolution Program
Part I of this program will include an iteractive discussion
of dispute resolution, including topics such as neutral disclosure
obligations and issues; fair market value determinations;
reasoned opinions or not; the difference between arbitraion
and mediation; discovery issues; how to initiate a mediation;
and other subjects identified by the audience and panel. Part
II of the session will update attendees on the status of the
CRE Dispute Resolution Program and important marketing tasks
to be accomplished in 2006.

the entire city and Charleston harbor. Featuring a cascading
pool and outdoor garden, the rooftop is one of Charleston's
most elegant and picturesque outdoor locales. Afterwards,
take the opportunity to dine with a small group of your Counselor
friends at one of Charleston's wonderful restaurants.
Walking directions from the Charleston Place Hotel to the
Market Pavilion rooftop are included on the event tickets.

Urban Redelevopment

Company will present a case study, followed by a development
tour of Noisette, the nation's largest sustainable urban redevelopment.
Covering approximately 3,000 acres encompassing the former
Charleston Navy Base and historic core of the City of North
Charleston, the project is a public-private collaboration
with the city of North Charleston and includes commercial,
residential and non-profit initiatives.

USS Yorktown Reception
With special permission
from the city of Charleston, experience a very special reception
on board the retired aircraft carrier USS Yorktown. The world
famous and heavily decorated warship was the"tip of the
spear" in America's victory in the Pacific during World
War II. From the flight deck, behold the extraordinary view
offered of Charleston and the Harbor all the while enjoying
the company of your fellow Counselors and friends.
Buses will begin departing the hotel at 5:15 pm and will
continue to shuttle between the USS Yorktown and the hotel
until 8:15 pm. The last bus will depart the USS Yorktown at
8:15 pm.

Middleton Place
Plantation Tour with Lunch
Middleton Place is an 18th century river
plantation and National Historic Landmark. As the home of
Henry Middleton, President of the First Continental Congress
and his son, Arthur, a signer of the Declaration of Independence,
it has never been deeded out of the family. The Gardens, begun
by Henry Middleton in 1741, reflect the symmetry and elegance
of 17th century France and 18th century England and are the
oldest formal gardens in the U.S. A privately guided tour
of the home and gardens will be followed by lunch at the house.

with Lunch
Enjoy a privately guided walking tour of Charleston's
magnificent Historic District. The tour will include a visit
to the Nathaniel Russell House, a superb example of Adams
architecture and the Edmondston-Alston House, a period piece
of great significance which still contains 90% of its original
furnishings. Lunch will follow at Magnolia's, one of Charleston's
most fashionable restaurants.
