Norris, CRE, principal, Norris Realty Advisors, Pasadena, Calif., and his team recently conducted a study of fair market rent for more than 2.2 million square feet of highly specialized military aircraft manufacturing and hangar space, located in the high desert of southern California. Air Force Plant 42 houses manufacturing, research and testing facilities for Boeing, NASA, Lockheed Martin, and Northrop Grumman and serves as the major maintenance facility for the B-2 Spirit stealth bomber.
