A faster, less expensive alternative to court, the CRE Real Estate Dispute Resolution Program is designed to resolve high value, complex real estate disputes.
While other organizations also provide dispute resolution services for business, The CRE Real Estate Dispute Resolution Program ensures that real estate disputes are arbitrated and mediated by only the highest level of real estate experts who understand the complexities of such a broad field.
The CRE Real Estate Dispute Resolution program offers the following benefits:

- Provides a formal framework for the settlement of complex real estate disputes
- Offers a variety of accepted methods that can be customized to meet the needs of the disputants
- Provides seasoned, high level real estate professionals trained and certified in the processes of dispute resolution and committed to the highest ethical standards
- Permits disputants to select their own dispute resolution "neutrals" from a list of approved CRE arbitrators and mediators with expertise related to the real estate dispute at hand (as opposed to court appointed or other alternative dispute resolution provider who may not understand real estate)

be selected.
