Requests for dispute resolution services may be initiatied by either party to a dispute provided that (1) a written agreement contains an Alternative Dispute Resolution provision; or (2) a written agreement to pursue alternative dispute resolution has been signed by the parties.

Disputes without mutual agreement for dispute resolution services should refer to legal counsel or appropriate legal aid.
